  • All buildings are subject to Architectural Control Committee approval.
  • No radio or TV antennas shall be placed on the outside of any structure, nor shall free standing antennas of any kind be erected on the property.
  • No window air-conditioner is to be used on any residential building.
  • Each residence is required to provide space for at least two (2) standard vehicles. Garages can not be changed to accommodate purposes inconsistent with storing automobiles.
  • Privacy fencing is permitted for the screening of a pool, boat, storage building, or mechanical systems from view of other property owners. NO barbed wire or galvanized fencing allowed.
  • All fences must be approved by Architectural Control Committee.
  • Minimum 25 feet set back from front of property boundary line for any construction. Side set backs shall be no less than 5 feet.
